The wonderful wildlife habitat at Gorfanc provides a close to nature camping environment. There are several places suitable for pitching a tent - tucked away beside a stream or in a more open spot with a wider view. It is usually necessary to carry your camping equipment from your vehicle, for a maximum distance of 100 yards. Wood is available to buy for campfires, or bring your own. Water can be collected at the house, where there is also a WC. Use of the shower and washing machine is by arrangement. Campers can buy organically grown produce from the garden, honey, homemade jam, and organic wholemeal bread. You are free to walk almost anywhere and might walk for miles without crossing a road or meeting anyone.
