The cottage is part of a courtyard of stone and slate outbuildings behind Little Barton Farmhouse. The original exposed roof trusses and wooden floors have been preserved. There’s plenty of room for six people in the large airy rooms. With a really efficient woodburner, stacks of books and board games, it's a welcoming place to return to after coastal walks in wild weather. There is a garden at the back of the house to enjoy in the sunshine. The air outside is filled with birdsong and the hedges are filled with wild roses in the summer. The beach is about a twenty minute walk away. From the garden you can hear the waves crashing on the shore at high tide. Enjoy the wild flower meadow, the magnificent clear night skies and the beautiful sunsets.
