These remote cottages are situated on our ecological farm at the end of a two mile farm track, surrounded by grassland rich with wild flowers. Three traditional crofters cottages with thick rounded corner stone walls and masses of insulation, provide a unique, simple yet comfortable place to stay. A short distance away the fourth cottage has solar hot water, sheep's wool insulation and an open plan room enjoying the best views. The cottages have been renovated using reclaimed maple and beech flooring and eco friendly paints in line with our Gold Award from the Green Tourism Business Scheme. There's a deep sense of quietness here. Sheep tracks lead to hidden villages in secluded glens and along wide open beaches.
