Wheems is an ecological and organic six hectare horticulture and animal smallholding producing organic food for a local market, also available for guests to buy. The campsite is in an elevated field with stone dykes, looking south and east towards the sea. Beaches and cliffs can be reached on foot in five minutes. There’s a yurt providing campers and bothy guests with additional living space, hot showers, loos and utilities [including a washing machine and drying line], and an equipped covered kitchen area for all guests. There are twenty pitches and prices per night are as follows - from £8 a tent plus one person, £3 for each additional person and £2 per car. Camper van £70 [two people]. There are family rates in bothies and tents.
