An ecological hotel - a modern architect designed building using natural construction materials. Four suites including shower, bedroom, living room, and private terrace with views over the mountains. The main rooms are constructed from straw bales with a wooden supporting structure and all woods are certified Forest Stewardship Council. We have a green roof and geothermal heating and cooling. All paints and plasters are natural and no chemical glues or solvents have been used in the construction. We produce our own organic olive oil and almond products. Breakfast Includes coffee or tea, selection of toast, bread, homemade jams and butter, natural seasonal juice, Serrano ham and cheese, seasonal fruit, homemade yogurt and croissants.
